I was in a FluffyChildhoodMoments mood, and fireflies were on my mind because of Nate's thing in AcDec and one of the comics this morning, so here you are.

FEAR MY CRAP GLOWING EFFECTS! If there is an easy way to do it in PSP, I do not know it. -_-

Personally, I think this looks kinda cool, especially with the oil brush not smoothed out and all. But that's just me. I'm well aware there could be things that are TOTALLY wrong 'cos this was something very, very new. So feel free to tell me about them.

Also, I have never caught a firefly in my LIFE (it's too goddamn hot in the summer here for a reasonable human to be out of doors). So I wouldn't know if there is something deeply wrong with the...um...method.
